Do you want to build your skills and competence in public health? Skills Online can help.
This award-winning continuing education program is recognized by public health organizations across Canada. All of the online courses contain practical, interactive Canadian content to help individuals and employee groups acquire the skills and knowledge they need to meet the Core Competencies for Public Health. The facilitated courses, which are led by an experienced public health practitioner are offered over an eight-week period and take about 25 to 40 hours to complete.
Registration for the Winter Term runs from November 16, 2015 to January 3, 2016. The session start date is January 18, 2016 for all facilitated courses. Self-directed courses are available at any time during the year.
Introduction to International Health Regulations 2005 (IHR) will be available as a self-directed (and free) online course in January 2016.
