Racism and Discrimination Among Nurses in Canada and the Impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Scoping Review

As a member of Canadian Nurses Association (CNA)’s Advisory Committee that contributed to the project, the Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing (CASN) is proud to share CNA’s report Racism and Discrimination Among Nurses in Canada and the Impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Scoping Review.

This document, Racism and Discrimination Among Nurses in Canada and the Impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Scoping Review reports on:

  1. available evidence of the history and experiences of racism and discrimination in Canadian nursing,
  2. the impacts of COVID-19 on nurses and the delivery of nursing care in Canada, and
  3. interactions between the two dynamics, where available.
